工作內容:

4. 提供並分析管理決策所需之管理會計資訊
5. 投資轉案評估與分析
6. 財務、稅務規劃及管理
7. 投資事業美月合併報表編製、財報審閱,營運成果分析
8. 籌辦董事會及股東會等事項
需求條件:
1. 10年以上投資、財務、稅務規劃及資金控管等工作經驗
2. 熟悉營業稅、營所稅及各類所得稅扣繳等相關稅法

職責內容
工作內容:
1. 負責督導及審核公司財務會計相關及結帳作業、集團報表之按時完成、並針對異常項目進行分析檢討,以符合財會及稅務之規定。
2. 協助規劃及改善公司會計作業流程。
3. 公司稅務整體規劃與管理,按時完成稅務申報以及年度審計工作
4. 財務管理、預算及營運資金之總體控管。
5. 督導子公司帳務及覆核財務報表,熟悉合併報表編制
6. 檢討每月各營運單位之營運結果、預算執行績效報告,提供並分析其他管理決策所需之管理會計資訊。
7. 內部及外部審核作業之協調及應對。
8. 審核並彙總公司年度預算。
9. 財會人員之管理及培訓。
10. 主管交辦事項及專案執行。
條件:
1.具有3年以上團隊領導與管理經驗
2.能以英文溝通與簡報
3.具有四大會計事務所經驗尤佳
4.會計、財管相關系所畢業尤佳

職責內容
工作內容:
1. Develop a robust internal control and compliance framework to strengthen governance of the company in Taiwan
2. Work with management and key process owners to ensure key internal controls are properly defined, implemented and documented.
3. Create an adequate self-audit framework to assess and monitor whether key controls are working as intended on a regular basis.
4. Demonstrated ability to assess risk effectively in a changing business environment.
5. Ensure internal control deliverables are consistent within and at the required level of quality
6. Deliver adequate and timely reporting on internal control deficiencies to ensure appropriate escalation with proper action plans.
7. Ensure appropriate level of communication is maintained on internal control matters to support the framework and ensure appropriate ownership and accountability from senior management and managers.
8. Ensure local policies are consistent with global/regional policies
9. Support J-SOX activities, global and regional audit activities.
10. Support any other ad-hoc activities as required.
條件:
1. At least 5 years of accounting, finance, or audit related experiences, with at least 3 years of external audit experiences in Big 4 accounting firm.
2. Degree in a related field from a reputable university. Certified Public Accountant, Certified internal auditor, or equivalent certification is required.
3. Worked at least 3 years in a multi-national company (MNC)
4. High level of English proficiency (oral and written) is required. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
5. Sound interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Demonstrated ability to strike a balance between building good rapport and at the same time challenge and influence business partners
7. Ability to be collected and able to navigate around ambiguity in a precise and structured manner.
8. A motivated self-starter and practice good team work in an organization with the tenacity to enhance the current control environment.
9. Maintain high integrity, professionalism, and objectiveness.

【Job Responsibilities】
1. Develop, design, and verify digital IP and products related to USB 2.0/3.1, USB
Type-C, and image compression.
2. Develop, design, and verify USB-C and PD (Power Delivery) products.
3. Design and implement digital circuits for high-speed data transfer and power
delivery applications, focusing on USB 2.0/3.1 and USB Type-C technologies.
【Requirements】
1. Minimum master’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in USB 2.0/ USB3.1/USB PD/ Type-C products.
3. In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit design and digital chip product development.
4. Experience in digital circuit analysis and design is a plus.
